SHIPPING/PICK UP/DELIVERY

orders for shipping will be processed within a week, faster during the holidays  

if the item breaks in shipping but is still functional, we can provide up to 50% of the cost of the item (sans shipping). This is very rare and any sort of damage/insurance questions will be a conversation between us

tracking info will be provided when received from our shipping company

we can hold items up to 30 days after planned pick up date and time, after we will charge a 5$/day storage fee

we can do delivery for a flat rate of $30 in the LA area  

pickup occurs at our studio in frogtown  

COMMISSIONS/WHOLESALE

we accept a limited amount of wholesale custom orders. Wholesale commissions require a $500 minimum. 

turnaround typically takes at least 8 weeks

variations in color of clay body naturally occur in a high fire kiln. no exact color can be promised.

glaze dripping can sometimes occur if glazing the outside of a piece.

**the beauty of high-fire clay, for us, is that each piece is completely unique. it  may be a similar form, but each experience that occurs in the kiln has so many variables that ultimately change or alter the outcome (ie bulleted above). If this uncertainty is not exciting to you, please do not place a commission order with us. It would be more suitable for you to purchase a completed piece so you know exactly what you are receiving**
